The Awaken to Love Retreat is a space curated and dedicated to self care, rest, renewal and passion for women of color. This 6 - night/7 day retreat has been curated with you in mind. Come away with the She, Imprints team to experience all that the beauty of nature of holds. Be held in community, within the warm waters of the Pacific ocean, or stand powerful within the Panamanian jungles or mountains. This retreat will include yoga and meditation practices each day. A gentle, energizing flow in the morning and a grounding, restorative practice in the evening.
I came to Sansara late in 2022 on a yoga/wellness retreat and left with a healed and open heart. It was a retreat I truly did not know that I needed. Unlike many retreat venues, Sansara is designed to hold ceremonies, yoga and meditation in an open space right in front of the ocean! While I pride myself on creating magical playlists, what is more magical than an oceanfront practice to serve as your meditation and yoga music.
This retreat is heart soothing and a balm for the soul. I promise you you will not want to miss this opportunity to love on yourself, sis.
